I am recovering from an injury - are these classes suitable?

I carry out a 1:1 introductory assessment with everyone before they attend classes so that I can adapt exercises to suit your needs. I also offer 1:1 or small group sessions if you are more comfortable with this initially.

Do classes run anywhere else?

Classes are only in Dalmeny church hall at present. I can come to you if you are local and have the space (please see small group and 1:1 sessions information on 'classes' page). If I get enough interest I hope to expand to other halls and times in South Queensferry/Kirkliston,

At present I only offer private pilates sessions. Pilates can be used to treat many conditions but please note that individual and small group sessions are Pilates based not physiotherapy sessions.

Do you offer ante/post natal pilates?

I am hoping to start ante and post natal pilates classes in Summer 2019. Prior to this please send a message if you are interested to discuss options of small group/1:1 ante/post natal Pilates.
