I am a chartered physiotherapist with over seven years of experience in the NHS. Throughout this time I have worked with a wide range of people with many different conditions and injuries. I now specialise in musculoskeletal and women's health physiotherapy.
My mission is to help you love to move again, get back to the things that mean the most to you and maintain/regain your sense of self. I am passionate about the importance of exercise for both physical and mental wellbeing and I want to help you make positive changes to reap these benefits too!
I regularly attend training and workshops to continue my professional development and keep up to date with current recommendations. I completed my Pilates teacher training through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institution (APPI).
I grew up in Queensferry and have recently moved back with my husband, baby and dog.
